Private Parties

Catering private events is our specialty. We can provide simple pick-up or set-up options for graze tables or buffet style events, or provide full-service catering with our team serving multiple course meals at your event.

Graze Tables
A popular option for any gathering, our graze tables include locally-sourced ingredients such as seasonal fruits and crudités, candied nuts, dips, jams and spreads, meats and cheeses, and fresh bread from Blue Dog Bakery.
We love a creative theme and can happily accommodate any dietary requests such as gluten or nut free and vegetarian options.

Food Options
For your cocktail hour, we offer stationary items or passed items.
Priced individually, items can range from $2.50/person to $11/person.
If you're interested in desserts ask us about what's in season!
Whether you're looking to host a family-style meal, plated meal, or a more casual buffet meal - we price each menu based on the unique selections. Depending on the number of sides and entrees, and the items themselves, our menus may range from $37/person to $65/person.
On average, our full service clients end up spending between $85 and $200 per person depending on food and services needed for their event.
Beverages
Our beverage packages can include non-alcoholic beverages for all of your guests and a self-serve beverage station with water, tea, coffee, and lemonade (seasonal flavors available).
For alcoholic beverages and bartending services, please inquire about drink and pricing options for your event.
Service Team
Server staffing is the main difference between our 3 main serving styles (buffet, family-style, plated). Depending on your venue and setup, the following is a guideline for our standard staffing needs for your event:
Buffet meal | 1 server per 50 guests
Family-style service | 1 server per 25 guests
Plated meals | 1 server per 16 guests.
Our crew will be led by our Catering Manager, who will oversee every aspect of your event. They'll be the first to arrive from our staff, and will be the last to leave.
On site, we'll also have a chef lead overseeing the chef team. We have quite the reputation in the Louisville community for being prompt, helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. Just another way we ensure you and your guests are well taken care of!
We arrive about 1-2 hours prior to guest arrival. This gives us adequate time to set the necessary things up (place settings, food and beverage stations, etc.). We'll plan to be off-site 1 hour after the event concludes, unless agreed for a different time prior to event.
Service Gratuity
Although our staff is well-compensated for their time, an extra gratuity is always appreciated -
each member of our team works hard to make each event a success.
Rentals
Let our team facilitate rentals for your event! We enjoy a discounted rate with our vendor partners.
We can put together a custom rental plan for you for 20% of your catering fee.
