What is the minimum order for boxed lunches?
We require a minimum of 10 boxed lunch orders. Treat your entire team to a delicious lunch!
How early do I need to place a lunch order?
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for boxed lunch orders to ensure we have plenty of time to prepare your food.
Do you have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan/vegetarian options?
Yes! Our item descriptions have details on dietary accommodations. If you have a special dietary request, please let us know when you place your order.
What if I have a nut allergy?
Please let us know when you place your order if you or one of your meals needs to be prepared in a nut-free zone. Items that contain nuts are marked with an N.
Will the boxed lunches be delivered or do I need to pick them up?
You are always welcome to pick up your boxed lunch order. We also provide free delivery within the Louisville area!
What if I want to request a unique lunch order that's not on the menu?

Sustainability is one of our core values at True North Catering. We provide all materials for your box lunches in environmentally-friendly packaging.
Our containers are made from post-consumer recycled beverage bottles and can be recycled again. We also use biodegradable corn cutlery and napkins to minimize our impact on the planet.
