MEET Chef
Carlie Cornett
She may be a Louisville native, but Chef Cornett has traveled all over the world inspired by unique foods from other cultures.
​
From working as head chef at the acclaimed Stone Cliffe Inn at Mackinaw Island, being the Pastry Chef at Saddleridge in Colorado, and Pastry and Sous Chef in Denali National Park (yes, the one in Alaska), she returned to Louisville in 2015 to bring adventurous flavors home to the Bluegrass State.​

When she's not cooking up something delicious, Carlie enjoys spending time with her two dogs and going for runs in Louisville's local parks.
